Alongside my OP essay, we were assigned to create a visual piece in correlation to our topic. When creating a collage, it was important to me to use real life photos to capture that emotion and hopefully my audience, whether they can or cannot relate to the fear and sadness of these people, they are able to understand and find that feeling of frustration for them and want to keep anyone, in this case CCNY students, going through the fear of ICE safe. I also used statistics to further support my argument, because I did not want my point to be overseen for being too emotional.
